Harvest
Bamboo stalks are cut into smaller pieces of raw bamboo from sustainable bamboo forest. We work with environmentally friendly growers who take pride in how the bamboo viscose is made.
Processed Into Fiber
After the initial harvesting, the bamboo undergoes a series of processing steps to extract the bamboo pulp, which is then dried. Once dried the bamboo pulp is milled into soft luxurious bamboo-viscose.
Spinning Into Yarn
Following the separation process, the bamboo viscose is converted into yarn, which is then utilized for both knitting and weaving.
Woven Into Fabric
Following the conversion of bamboo viscose into yarn, it can then be skillfully woven into a wide assortment of fabric types. Including bed sheet sets, bath towels and many other luxerious materials.
